The purpose of the new newspaper is to satisfy informational needs of the over 40 000-member Ukrainian community in Northeastern Ohio. The publishing language is Ukrainian. Local news, event reviews in Ukraine, the United States of America, and world, entertainment and recreation materials, announcements, and advertising are among the proposed sections of the newspaper. *The Ukrainian Cleveland* will be freely distributed in credit unions, banks, churches, stores and cultural centers of the Ukrainian community in the Greater Cleveland area. Home delivery by paid subscription will be available.
